Robyn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in providing Governance, Risk Management, Internal Audit and Compliance services to both public and private organisations for over 25 years. Robyn’s experience included being at KPMG for over 10 years; leading the Risk Consulting team nationally within a large public accounting firm; before joining Pitcher Partners in June 2019 to lead the Risk and Advisory Services business within Queensland. 

Robyn is a dynamic communicator with a consultative approach – she acknowledges the Organisations journey and considers future strategic initiatives before providing value-adding recommendations

• Partner to Organisations in an out-sourced and co-sourced capacity, and for special projects requested by the Board and Executive Management
• Extensive Project Governance and Financial Auditor experience in overseeing more than 60 Major Infrastructure Projects across Australia - Adviser to Government at Commercial Negotiations with large Construction and Engineering Firms entering Relationship Contracts
• Probity Audit and Advice regarding large or sensitive procurement activities
• Development and reviews of Risk Management and Assurance Frameworks, including facilitation of workshops
• Compliance reviews including but not limited to Regulatory and Legislative Compliance Contract compliance of vendor / supplier agreements, and other third party reviews
• ASX Corporate Governance Principles Health checks, including reviews of Charters, Board Skills Matrices and other documentation
• Internal Audit Peer Reviews to check conformance with the International Standards, including providing comparisons and better practice recommendations
• Fraud Risk Management services, including Conflict of Interest and Employee Code of Conduct reviews
• Sarbane’s Oxley (SOX) experience completing the Management Assist role to aid Organisations in ensuring the internal controls over material business processes are operating effectively
