Clients draw upon more than thirty years corporate and transactional experience when working with Ross. In addition to establishing the Corporate and Audit divisions of the Brisbane firm, he spent seven years working in a major international firm, including two in the USA. Ross is among a small group of Australian accountants to have successfully listed a company on the NASDAQ.

Ross was the Brisbane firm's Managing Partner from 1992 to 2008, developing the firm into one of the strongest in Brisbane. Ross has a unique blend of skills from simple good commercial judgement, to being at the forefront of technical audit and accounting issues. His experience in running a successful professional services firm, together with navigating many clients through complex transactions, is testament to Ross' breadth of skills. Ross is one of the best regarded corporate practitioners in the Queensland market.

The firm's clients have utilised Ross in a variety of assignments including purchase investigations, business restructuring and valuations; and he focuses on small to medium sized public companies both in statutory audits and corporate advisory services. He is currently a non-executive director of Runge Limited, an ASX listed mining services and software provider, and advisor to the boards of a number of the firm's larger clients.
